The club's fees year runs from July to June, to fit in with
the timing of the Annual General Meeting. The membership fee is determined
by the members at the AGM. The current table of fees
is as follows. The fees for Ordinary members are highlighted, since they apply to
most members.
To assist members on low incomes, two concessions are available
to those eligible:
Concession Card Discount: Any person wishing to join the Club who holds a
valid concession card issued by an Australian State or Federal Government (eg.
health care card) current at the time of membership application, will
be entitled to a 25% discount on the membership fee otherwise payable.
Deferred Payment Option: Allows members to pay their fees in 2
instalments, the first due at the normal time (upon joining or within 3 meetings
of the AGM), and the balance by the 1st meeting in February of the following
year.

following year, but if fees are increased at the AGM they must pay the
difference.
You can pay your fees at a meeting, or by direct deposit or transfer
into the club's bank account. Account details are:
Westpac Banking Corporation
BSB 036-302
Account Number 288518
If you pay by direct deposit, don't forget to include your name as the
"reference" on the deposit. If you don't, we don't know who the
payment is from! It can take a while to appear on the bank statement, so
retain your receipt as proof of payment until you are sure the treasurer knows
about it.
